Ebury Bridge Estate

Communities First are working as an independent advisor for residents on Ebury Bridge in Pimlico on regeneration proposals for the estate. We also advise tenants and leaseholders on rehousing and buyback queries and their rights as well as the potential implications of the regeneration plans.

The first phase of new homes were completed in December 2024, including 100 homes for social rent for existing and returning Ebury residents.

We are able to offer home visits and meet with local community members locally and can also arrange Zoom or WhatsApp calls for 1:1 or small group meetings.
