South Thamesmead

Communities First are working with local residents and Peabody as an Independent Advisor for the Lesnes Estate in South Thamesmead. We are advising tenants, leaseholders and freeholders on rehousing and buyback queries, regeneration plans and their rights.

We are able to offer home visits or meet with the community locally, but we’re also more than happy to still arrange Zoom or WhatsApp calls for 1:1 or small group meetings.
