Juniper Crescent

We were appointed by resident representatives in 2017 to provide independent advice for residents affected by the planned redevelopment of Juniper Crescent. Since the second tenant ballot in December 2022, we have been supporting residents with advice and advocacy on temporary moves and the rehousing process. We also help tenants, including those on the Estate Board, question and shape the proposals for the new estate ahead of planning applications in 2024.

Our role is to provide free independent and confidential advice to help community members understand their options, answer questions and help them to share their views and suggestions. We can make home visits (including evenings and weekends so all family members and neighbours can attend). We can also arrange Zoom or WhatsApp calls for 1:1 or small group meetings.
