Learn to Play

The Summer of Well-being for Communities programme provided a diverse range of creative and wellness activities, including singing, dancing, music, and mindfulness, designed to promote health and well-being. Participants engaged in therapeutic music sessions to enhance their vocal skills, while dance activities offered a fun and engaging way to improve physical fitness. The programme also incorporated relaxation techniques such as sound bowls and guided breathing exercises. The initiative culminated in a vibrant group performance, celebrating the progress and talents of participants.

Project Aim

The project aimed to improve participants' health and well-being through creative expression, music, dance, and mindfulness.
